An original railway hotel menu for the Malmaison Restaurant, Central Hotel, Glasgow, designed by Eric Fraser, c. 1965. The hotel was originally built by the Caledonian Railway and opened in 1883 as the Central Station Hotel. It is now known as The Voco Grand Central Glasgow.
