An original and rare poster for the famous Gleneagles Hotel and golf resort, near Auchterarder, Scotland, c.1960-65. The poster, with decorative border designed in-house at the Curwen Press, promotes “The world-famous resort hotel with its unique sporting facilities”. The hotel was originally commissioned by the Caledonian Railway and later operated by the London, Midland & Scottish Railway. This poster was published by the British Railways Board.
