Original human rights campaign poster, Infantry. Children at War, designed by Harry Pearce (Lippa Pearce design agency) for the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights (now Human Rights First), 1994. A clever design using strong typography to emphasise the word ‘infant’ in ‘infantry’, above a full-length black and white photographic portrait of a child holding an assault rifle, highlighting the fact child soldiers are sometimes used in armed conflict.
