A very high-quality lithographic reprint of Aristide Bruant dans son cabaret, by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (1893). This famous (iconic ?) nineteenth century poster depicts the singer, songwriter and entrepreneur Aristide Bruant, who ran a cabaret in the Montmartre quarter of Paris. Printed on rag paper, this edition appears to be officially commissioned, but so far we have been unable to ascertain a precise date, although it came from a collection of 1960s posters and ephemera.
